when will the company have a meeting

about 4 weeks ago, gda announced that they would call a meeting of shareholders to approve the placement of about 26m shares. indeed the report included the following

"The general meeting of shareholders required to approve the Proposed Placement will be convened immediately."


watso has not seen any notice of meeting. the funds from the issue of the shares would be most welcome for the company, but the shares cannot be issued until shareholders approve the placement. in the back of watso's mind, he seems to recall that shareholders had previoulsy authorized that the company issue 20m shares.
