You might think that the market has mispriced ARQ and CDM. But the market price is the market price.
What tax implications do you speak of?
I am trying to understand the value of the franking credits the company has. I assume these are most of the diference between pre and post tax NTA. But franking credits can only be distributed with matching accumulated profits. If these two are not aligned the value of the franking credits should be the lower of the two. Any comments from posters?
