Sorry folks there is no erratic behaviour that I have read. Many who have spoke to Putin said he was and is rational and BAS including opponent world leaders.
The invasion was not reckless. Some initially thought it was emotive reactionary but occurring on the anniversary most agree it was planned ahead after opponents parameter barriers were breached as part of a considered response.
Make no mistake, China and Russia have the upper hand here while USA is dying of inflation
