Well it looks like I missed my .15 chance then haha but glad to see it.

Emailed HB earlier and received a response.

I was asking about the remaining avenues of appeal for RF&B, they are running out of options in a big way now, it will be getting down to proving that the court has made a "substantial error in law" which I dare say will be pretty hard.

He also said that the costs of any further appeals would be substantial and RF&B would be required to pay for them, just how deep are the pockets at RF&B ?

He also said that in the event that that they appeal the results of the appeal they would take it straight to the high court.

The court of appeal will decide if an appeal is valid or not so we are waiting for the outcome of this decision next.

He also said that the rest of the project has been taken down the path of national significance which if a good thing.

Another 6 months and we will be breaking ground chaps and I for one am looking forward to it!
