Im not sure about that, I think BTU can make them pay if they lose eventually.

My thinking was that they appeals process would become a lot more expensive. Hahaha perhaps they are clutching at straws because they know they will be ruined if they lose hehe.

No mention was made of the appeals that have already been heard but I imagine we can find out more next week. Perhaps ill send another email or talk to a lawyer buddy of mine at home.
