No doubt, it would be a real shame if that where the case, it was more of a passing remark than an actual possibility. RF&B have done some great work in Nz which I applaud them for. I just hope that they come to the point where they say enough is enough and possibly even jump onboard with BTU to ensure things are done properly.
The court costs will be a drop in the barrel when weighed up against the lost income, taxes, and royalties due to the 2 years of faffing our way thru the court system.
Lets hope that the enviro court system finally says enough is enough and lets them get on with it.
