Well Joelbaby, you do not know what you are talking about to put it bluntly. When the share you own are margin lent these shares are now the lenders as security and they can lend them out at their discretion. I have notified my lender and they have responded to me just now saying that "instructions have been given to not lend my shares in C.Q.T. forthwith".
