Hi Joelbaby, I agree that they should not be able to lend your stock without asking you but how do you explain 350,000 shares being sold without any movement in the top 50 shareholders for that amount. The only way for it to occur is if it is moved from a nominee company but still held in that company. eg lending of stock.
All that I am suggesting if we rule out all possible scenarios then the only thing that can be seen as affecting the share price is something in the company (apart from a global meltdown).
My brokers are saying the same as I have been thinking and that is where is the stock coming from and why is it not been reflected in the top 50 when some of the amounts sold are bigger than the holdings of some of the people in the top 50? It is just a question.
If someone is shortselling by lending stock and not reporting it then it is in everyones best interest that it is stopped immediately.
I wish everyone the best as fundamentals this stock is a good one we just need to see it in the share price now. If we take away outside affects maybe we will see it sooner than later.
