Stocks are ridiculously undervalued at the moment.
Even if the ASX was to drop 9%, you'd be miles in front.
Lets just look at one ... ANZ
Intrinsic value for ANZ = 37.60
price = $25.72
this has to go up 31% before it looks like it will be come fair value
In addition while you are waiting around you can get a 5% divi
So what is that 36%...It's no brainer if you ask me.
And guess what..... there are a lot of stocks that are way undervalued out there.
