Bottom will be reached when they unravel the full picture of sub-prime and pump up equity by allowing foreigners to buy in. Stocks have been heading south since the beginning of subprime. I see no reason to be bullish.
Unless you are in for the long haul and don't watch your stocks and don't sell your stocks... just buy.
