US Reserve bank meeting at the end of the month and will see at least a 25pt slash but most are speculating 50pts.
Thats 3 weeks away and we could see some hard falls between now and then. DO goes up we go down. DOW goes down we go down further. Sentiment is real bad. A little bad news and watchout.
If the RIO takeover from BHP bid fails then we'll see even more falls as well.
5500 isn't out of the question. This is the worse period since the bull started and could be the start of a bear trend if the US officially goes into recession IMO.
Hopefully markets stop discriminating and value stocks on their individual fundamentals instead of selling most of the market.
Will be a interesting next 12 mths. China growing and the US downturning. Where will the markets take their direction from?
