Lambda you can easily have a high volume day and no movement if it is in the vicinity of an area of previous supply. If that supply is being absorbed it will take time and volume to do so.
Don't blame everything on manipulation, sure it goes on but the action today wasn't anything extraordinary, in fact quite expected at this level.
It could even be shorts loading up, we will know shortly I am sure.
