very disappointing the buyers have dried up. A lack of regular info about progress doesn't help.

going by the last announcement they are talking to another party.

I would imagine that if they have flicked Maccas they have a better deal and the new party is now going through the motions of due diligence. i guess this will take several weeks at least before a formal offer could be announced.

at any rate, i can understand holders losing patience. the acceptance of the original offer was 3 months ago and we are still without finance.

I am holding as i see this project having excellent upside that will increase over several years.
