It hasn't been made clear whether there will be deferred trading prior to them hitting our accounts.
It some times takes a few days from the issue time until they actually show in our Chess account.
If you've got a paying broker, and not an online only account, you might be able to see them sooner.
So - probably 4th for start of trading - though most of us won't have them available immediately imo....
