when will the russians buy again

It's only a matter of time after today's company update and the paragraph below under the Aspen Nanotechnology update gives me the clue :

"We recognise that Russia has particular expertise in the Nanotechnolgy sphere. The prospect of Joint Venturing is being considered as a way of bringing together both our US scientific team with those in Russia."

I think the company is heading in an exciting global focused direction and the next round of aggressive buying will see a serious re-rating of our SP.
