My humble opinion is very simply:
Location - Nevada. I don't think one can compare Nevada and West Oz. Pardon the pun, they are miles apart
Location - Transportation cost and being near the tesla giga factory
Location - Costs to operate a mine with infrastructure and workforce will be far less. Even those Canadian lithium mines that are miles from anywhere don't cut it for getting product to market in a cost effective way
