Still a large buy spread between 10 and 11c, I wonder if they're still trying to push the sp down (no idea who they are lol, and unsure of short percentage), there is news to come out regarding the beginning of the public consulting period for the draft eis, I'm not sure if that will move the sp up or down.
All I know is it's a big red for me ATM and I'm hoping the wind changes soon, and we start making some traction to regain some of the sp decline we got smashed with last year.
This 11-13c hover is torture.
