I'm bothered by the fact that I'm hearing about important information, like the expected release dates for the DEIS, through unofficial emails between a BLM rep and a fellow shareholder, rather than through proper channels. Just to give you some context, this goes back to mid-September when a Q3 release date was still the consensus.

I would argue that INR needs to provide a response regarding this, not just to confirm the information but to understand why we shareholders seem to be ahead of the curve compared to the company itself. If that's really the case, INR seriously needs to review their approach to communication between key stakeholders, i.e. shareholders and BLM, to ensure all are on the same page and informed.

I believe that the potential delay to late Q4, or maybe even into Q1 2024, is significant news due to its second-order effects, especially regarding later dates. If you've got a different take on this, I'd love to hear it.
