    I personally would be hesitant to top up/buy until there is a noticeable change in the 100-150/350-400m buy/sell ratio caused by all sorts of reasons. That's a big bunch of shares for sale. Previous recent north movements in SP was always an even or positive slant on buyers to sellers ratio. This may well change overnight or on a much longer timeframe. Us mere mortals just don't know.
