I'm not sure what you mean by that and I don't think I agree with it. It's not only boys that use CX and HL for trading. Bots also trade outside the dark pools.
As for the computers close to the ASX server, read the latest ASIC report on HFT. It's much smaller than you many think and sure as hell ain't responsible for the AGO Share price.
