He's obviously busy rsurrecting ACB's career so to speak(as per recent anns.) and I fail to see how even the best of gurus could kickstart 2 U boats at the same time particularily in this climate.

ACB will need a bit more attention imo before Rio gets the nod. After all, one would assume the initial push will be on the back of ACB's success in the marketplace as they have allegedly done bugger all but a few aerial surveys on CNN's tenements to date.
