Nothing is guaranteed until it happens, but this must be the next best thing I guess.
Normally I'd say in this situation that the NASDAQ listing is so anticipated and seemingly near certain, that the recent SP rise has seen it built in already.
BUT, in his case there is a huge potential share buyer base that may just jump in boots and all.
Who knows? I guess time will tell.
