In may be on the wrong track altogether but I'm assuming BRI are addressing two issues in relation to palatability ...
1) Taste - which they appear to be addressing by creating an option of tablet or capsule.
2) What happens in the stomach when the acids break down the tablet/capsule and release the constituent chemicals.
That raises the question of how an individual patient reacts to the cocktail of what are basically poisons as far as the body is concerned. No doubt in some they will simply throw-up while others will tolerate it and treatment progresses.

Taste is one thing but toleration is the elephant in the room so IMHO the challenge facing BRI is to find a a high dose cocktail that most patients can keep down without feeling too lousy while maintaining the required level of efficacy... no small order.

I'm not sure how the 'toleratability' is being tested at BRI - do they have guinea pigs? What % level of toleratabilty is deemed acceptable as it's unlikely to be universal - 75% of patients, 85%. 45% ???

As I say I may have the wrong end of the stick - no doubt you'll soon let me know.
