My posts are couched only to warn investors. I attempt to post only facts. I do not want then burnt like i was.

had i listened to other posters last year who were expressing well founded warnings instead of blindly supporting Phil I would have minimised my loss.In fact so would Chairman Harper who converted his many ADY options at 10c.

i have no desire to see ADY fail as this would hurt more shareholders.

The one problem i still have with ADY is the current lack of important info that should be shared with shareholders.

As far as YA Global goes... I have no idea why they have since supported ADY when supposedly the loan they offered Phil last Oct was not consumated. Was it refused by Phil due to the Charge offer/benefit or simply withdrawn at the last minute? Maybe ADY can share some insight?

Based upon past performance do you honesty believe that Vallenor can deliver monthly profits commencing April of US$1m to cover the Ya Global loan?

If ADY is such a great bet why is it that Phil sold out ?

Many questions to be resolved from my viewpoint.
