TO ANSWER this threads Title- the answer is....

NOW.

Last Fri solid close back to $3.60, touching 9 day MA.
Weds 3 mill vol closing on a high candle was the reversal IMHO- climax.
Next day slight fall on small vol was testing again, trying to snuff out more nervous sellers- again it failed and closed near the high candle.
I think the LARGE ( notice the capitals lol) insto raising at $4.50 is enough hints for people.
Hope everyone got enough fill of 1PG between $3-3.30. Won't stay there much longer. Fast rebound to $4 will occur before you can blink.
