    What's the price of the share that UNS needs to hit before it is in contravention of Nasdaq listing requirements?

    Was it around 93c? If this happens what's the process? Will UNS be given some time period of grace (I seem to recall 100 days)to see if SP rises?

    How ironic will it be if UNS have to delist just as they are about to crystalise profits from production ramp up.

    Who knows, if the SP dropped after Nasdaq listing then perhaps it will go up after delisting? LOL
