Don't mining companies make a big fanfare and announce to the ASX when they book another drill rig for drilling? The market then rates them as a BESBS play prior to drilling based on those sort of announcements.

Personally (DYOR) I don't think the drill rig for FP#2 has been booked yet. I think once a decision has been made on FP1's commerciality we'll hear about the status of FP2, which we all know is coming soon enough. I think the SP will get a further kick along once that announcement comes.
