Evening all. Don't know if anyone else has commented on this, but going by the last announcement: "A successful test will lead to an extended well test program to provide additional production and reservoir performance information that will be used for field development and planning purposes."
Wouldn't this then mean that it will be some time before any money comes from SD if it is commercial? That is "extended well test program" will mean that no oil will be coming out of the ground and getting sold for some time. Therefore no money will be coming into the coffers and therefore FP will not be paid for from SD for some time.
Unless the expected good results from SD improves the prospects of VIL and so perhaps: a. selling their stake in SD for a good price to fund FP or b. improving their prospects for farming out FP or even some of SD for cash or c. improving their ability to borrow money (if they can) or d. improving the sp so another CR can take place but at a healthier sp.
Any thoughts anyone?
