The last capital raise they did was at 75cents old money about 10 years ago, so it would be fitting for the take over to be at a premium over that.
I don't think they will offer much more than the current bid, maybe 20 cents more.
And I think if another company has a crack they would probably be an international company at the moment because Santos is busy with oil search, Woodside with bhp. Maybe Beach

I thought this would happen 4.60.
The board have never worked for the shareholders only themselves. ID is an accountant ,and he's made big bucks over his tenure at sxy .
Those poor buggers that subscribed to the capital raid at 75 cents 10 years ago .
