RONRAINE u miss the point if they have market sensitive information they shouldnt be telling their broker friends but as soon as they have information that has a material impact on the shareprice they are requierd by law to disclose it not 2 weeks later not 2 months later not after the merger but as soon as reasonably they can. Its quite simple they sit on it it opens em up to having the asx bring penalities if they so wish so if they have info ie driling results or delay in the drilling program they are required to inform the market asap not sit on it - its quite simple if directors dont understand that then they shouldnt be running a public listed company
