When will we get FNT news?, page-8

In terms of revenue, June numbers were US655k. When you divide US2.3mill for Q1 by 3 you get US766K per month average revenues. Hence the revenue on a monthly basis has not increased greatly from the June month.

In terms of unrelised losses, I refer to shareholders unrealised losses, ie. people like me who continued to buy as the share price moved up on the basis of EBITDA positive Q1 and FNT completion. At 20c, my position is a disaster. Plenty of pain from my end, but what pain does a director have if for example they own no shares in the company.

Look at page 44 and 45 of the annual report. That tells you just what was paid to directors and executives.

As far a completion date being the end of this month ie Re: FNT, look at the announcment on 12/9/02. It says completion is expected to be 31/10/02. How is this possible if a meeting hasnt even been called to vote on it. Another missed target.

Dont get me wrong, as a shareholder I want this company to succeed, yet their communication and performance to date leaves alot to be desired.

On 7/10/02 they tell us Q1 revenues of US2.3mill and how they execeeded total 01/02 revenues by 12%. Did they really think that shareholders would overlook that they told the market they forecast US3mill on 13/08/02?
