when will we hear the result of the iron ore negot

Kiernan says " the manganese price closely follows the iron price"
and he said in another report
"There are probably four main areas to watch..." in 2006 amongst other things he mentions

"the iron ore negotiations and the impact that will have on manganese prices"

It already looks positive
Macquarie says, "BHP Billiton believe that the de-stocking is nearing its end, and expect a rebound in manganese ore prices early in 2006. "
But proof is in the pudding.
Does anyone know when these iron ore negotiations will conclude. A date or something?
