We all knew about water disposal wells the issue I have is that they are turning freshly drilled production wells into water disposal wells. Which will ultimately effect the production from the field.
If there are 6 wells at CC and 30% are turned into water injection wells there goes 30% of potential production.
Sure the info is out there in some regards but its still vague and sugar coated. Proved again by the refinance, how does it free up money? they still have no source of income and all that was delayed was one $5 mill repayment.
They only thing the delay meant way maybe less dilution for a rights issue.
