This is a chinese dirty slave mining play using cheap labour and low enviro standards which even Tesla is avoiding, sooner or later the yanks will stuff up the chinese here just like they did in the 1970s & the riots will start again.
Thank you CHINA for the NI BOOM and for that $1T wasted investment in Indonesia that will be slowly but surely taken off them and taxed to the hilt & the labour costs skyrocket.
