when worries and woes mount, go bush

Recently I escaped the Political Madhouse of Canberra to
attend the annual Pumpkin Festival in the NSW village of
Collector. I took my video camera with me and made a
short movie. I sent a copy to the festival committee.

My wife and I were invited to a post-event Thank You
dinner for event volunteers. We were not volunteers
so I was surprised to be awarded a Golden Pumpkin
for a video that I made for pure escapist fun that
included some local Country Music.
