    The opportunity to do another 10 for 1 reverse split at 8 cents (typically ~20% discount to SP) will be gone if the SP drops below 10 cents and with it probably the opportunity to raise cash at 8 cents. That represents a sound long term strategy to me and would stabilize things at least for a while.
