    What a load of tripe.

    If i bought a house for $200,00 that had at least $10m spent on it and it was still looking like a piece of crap then i would be a fool to think i could make any money out of it by spending a hundred grand on it.

    And believe me my friend, there are plenty of hidden evils in Apex , so you are not seeing all the warts like you think.
