    The local news reports- by a dedicated journalist- were not "manipulated" in the way you suggest.
    Katali made the news by the words he used- the local media reported it, and it was then taken up by AFP, Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
    Unless you believe individual journalists are in the pocket of investors that is franklly a rubbish comment.
