How many S2s do we need to actually make wind and solar work reliably, 24/7 with no risk of ever running out of stored electricity? Do we even have enough locations to put all those dams? Will the enviros be out protesting and stopping those dams getting built? What will be the cost of all those dams? What will be the cost of all those wind and solar projects and how often will they need to be scrapped and replaced and at what cost?
How does all the above compare to a few nuke plants?
Why is no one doing these sums properly and instead relying on false bs statements like "renewables are the cheapest source of electricity"?
