It is time to buy....Look at RIO in the last 2 days. It's lost close to 20%. Aussies have lost so much in savings. Japan's recession looks worse that first thought.
When all bulls are beaten, despondent and gone missing...their must be opportunity.
Maybe.
If Australia escapes recession in 2009/2010...it will be a near miss based on what we know now.
