why are we so worried about the delivery under current contract to the chinese at $55 per ton. If they get cranky, just delay settlement, cope the fine (maybe) and sell to another party at $150 per ton, as long as the Fe is on the wharf, nothing to worry about, its a sellers market for Fe haven't you noticed ???? you can then honour the contract to the chinese later...if they threaten to enforce the fine...
