(Andrew drummond agrees on reduction in wage from over 300,000 dollars per year to 200,000 untill he can get the sp over 75cents )
Apart from the drummond bit all the others have been slated as results before end of year
Better hurry up management those 12,500,000 options youve awarded yourself expire at 0.50cents dec 31st
