Sounds about right, except the deal will need to be closer to 3:1,or maybe 3.5:1
Toho wont give it away .Short term this will possibly limit PEM share price .Dont dicount a counter offer for CBH ,but a combined CBH ,PEM would give investors another 30-50% upside over time .PEM need to act quickly ,and decisively , in my opinion .If they dont offer enough ,then someone else will gazump them.
