Exactly right Strike. Westcott have a look at the movements in SDL's shareprice 1 week before the proposed merger. It shot up from 50cents to around 72 cents. That is a 44% (around $400million in MC) increase in 1 week for a company that has 1.8 billion shares on issue. Thats a bloody hudge movement!!!
