    One thing is certain 564 and that the AGM is in November. It is not very far away and if the BOD do not deliver Kwinana construction by AGM then institutional investors along with all the investors you have garnered 564 will vote this board out and personally Spinks will be removed by new board. He has 3 months IMO to turn this around or he is gone.
