I would not expect an announcement that specifically addresses the lapse of the land reservation agreement. Numerous other administrative processes are not communicated, silence here would seem true to form. Were a lease to have been signed, of course, that is another matter entirely.
Maybe tucked away neatly somewhere in the Sep quarterly.
