Hi lectro, WKT's suspension is a bit of a piss take really, let's face it. Imagine if every company on the ASX awaiting finance was to go into suspension pending draw down. The reality is the ASX doesn't have the resources to fully assess every trading halt and voluntary suspension request, they typically will just grant the request and only query it if shareholders start to complain.
A trading halt and voluntary suspension would be convenient for EGR, but awaiting approvals and having the patent opposition unresolved does not really justify a halt from trading, though it would be nice to stem the bleeding of our share price.
