Other people are always very good at telling you what you 'should' have done.
In my view, UMC will become a producer. If I am correct in this viewpoint, then the current market weakness is irrelevant. Monitoring company activities, and ensuring that they meet your expectations is the most important thing. Counting your money serves no purpose.
For a trader - price is the most relevant issue. However, I'd be more inclined to buy than sell if I was trading because of the proximity of the price to a number of support zones.
