Had to entertain rellies!
I'm not saying anything is for certain - however I've had GGP since inception, bought more to ave down and took up offers - again ave down.
Mentally, & I have a few million, I have written off GGP out of my portfolios. ie. they have no bearing on whether I will be a self funded retiree today or tomorrow. My income is, reasonably, secured in other investments.
So for me, if we ever did reach a tidy SP of say 25-30c my wife and I, and children and grandkids could have a very half decent something or other.
The CR will absorb $10k or so - but that ought to be pretty safe. That is the point I'm making, albeit quietly, why dump when, even if the SP made 5c in the next 3-6 months, you might get a return of 150% in such a short time frame!
AND, make it more difficult for others to get in - because the SP ought to hold or increase rather than fall back.
Just my feeling - I have no beef with others who have a different view.
