I believe the funder will get a percentage of any sttlement or court awarded win....could be anywhere between 40 and 70 percent...I dont think anyone but CHM insiders know..I dont...But I guess when chm couldnt fund litigation themselves and no one else wanted to touch it.....This funder was in a position to demand extremely favourable terms and chm would have been in no position to quibble ..(Unless the funder is really CHM insiders in disguise and then its bound to be a high percentage to rake cash out of coy for greedy opportunists!!)...The funder doesnt have to get 20 mill just cos theres a charge over chm of 20 mill.....Either way..settlement or judgement..I suspect wont be "Substantial" as guidance was all along.......For the intelligent observer there's enough evidence to read.....lack of firm evidence in court...5 "witnesses" not needing to take stand because nothing too damaging tabled....Koh and Evans Miniscule settlement despite CHM's hyped claim.....
